    Dog Pen

    Dog Pen Materials

    The Dog Pen is made from heavy-duty metal and it has a sprayed black finish which will stay fresh for years to come.
    There are 8 panels in total, 7 standard panels and one which has the door. The doors are connected by a pin connection which is easily removed by those with opposable thumbs (but a little trickier for dogs).

     

    Dog Pen Dimensions

    There are 8 panels and they are 75cm (W) x 85cm (H). The door panel has a step up to the door which is 19cm. The door is 33cm wide and it’s secured closed by 2 bolt latches. These panels fold flat and are easily transported.

    The Dog pen is suitable for use indoors or outdoors.

    Assembly

    This is easy to set -p no tools are required for assembly. Simply stand the panels in position and use the supplied pins to connect them together. The panels will move easily, so you can adjust it from a square to a hexagon or triangle in seconds. You can even make it into two small squares to keep two puppies apart!

    The 8 drop pins are required and set-up in the shape of rectangle or hexagon, just 8 drop pins takes under a minute.

     

    Indoor Dog Pen / Outdoor Dog Pen

    As this pen is made with robust metal and a sprayed finish, it’s suitable for use indoors or outdoors. Most customers would use this one indoors, as it’s better suited to flat, level surfaces, but it can be used outdoors in appropriate settings.

     

    Puppy Pen

    This pen is suitable for puppies as well as larger dogs. At 85cm high, it’d be a task for even larger breeds of puppies to tackle and it’s steel frame isn’t going anywhere in a hurry. It makes a great spot for training in (there’s no where to run away to in here) and it offers puppies a place of their own to settle into when needed. We’ve been told they make great alternatives to skittish rescues who aren’t taking to crate training.

     

    Is it a dog run? 

    It is and it isn’t. You’d be doing well to get a fully grown Labrador or lurcher to exercise in it, for example, however a smaller dog, like the pictured Bichon will happily get a decent bit of room to stretch the legs in it.

     

    Shipping

    This unit can be shipped nationwide. It comes boxed up, so minimal assembly is required, but it should take a proficient person no more than 5 minutes to build.
