Very happy with my new shed. Installation took a couple of hours. This was done by Sheds Direct personnel. Plenty of storage for a basic garden set of tools. Good set of doors. Waterproof. Looks great.
A few hooks for hanging tools. Needed a follow up visit due to an error I had made myself that was handled by Sheds Direct in a very competent way.

Bought a shed from ShedsDirect about two years ago and could not be happier (Dealt with an absolute gentleman called Alan)
Thereafter, I bought some shelving, clips, LED lighting etc and the service was the same – exemplary.
I rang this morning (03/03/25) Phone was answered immediately and advised that stock was available for immediate collection.
I drove to collect my goods and Orla could not have been more helpful.
I also noticed that as I was leaving, the team were acknowledging an incoming customer too.
I used to be a general manager for nearly 30 years and these people ALWAYS deliver great service.

Well what can I say I visited the showroom was met by 3 lovely lady’s Marion assisted in with the purchase of the shed very helpful and very nice lady explained everything and great banter got delivered today at 730am by 2 lovely chaps bitterly cold wet morning so gave them nice hot tea and toast and off they went assembled the shed within 2 hours could recommend the service from start to finish as amazing

Good price, delivered on time, we chose to erect ourselves in retrospect not the best choice it was difficult to put together, fiddly screws for the small extra charge and extra time it would definiteley have been better to have erected for us. Unfortunately a bad storm hit us very soon after erection which damaged the shed, I phoned for replacement parts and was sent what we needed just for the postage. The customer care was exemplary very rare these days. I would definitely recommend but get them to erect and avoid storms if possible.

I bought the 7.5′ x 7.5′ pent steel shed for self assembly. I ordered it on Friday and it was delivered on Monday so very quick delivery. I put this together with my wife holding panels etc. when i needed her to, the trickiest bit was getting the vertical corners started but once we did it was a little easier to build up. I’d recommend using the longer F3 screws for the bottom of each corner to attach both panel and corner joint.
There’s a few tricky details but having both the printout and pdf on my phone meant I could zoom in and out for the tricky details.
I poured the concrete base with a friend a few weeks before so we had a good flat surface to build on. I would not build this unless your base is level.
The quality of the shed is 100% so I’d highly recommended buying from Sheds Direct. I would also recommend assembling it yourself but only if you are handy at such things.

As first time buyers, we didnt know where to start. I found sheds direct online and they peaked my interest due to their selection of coloured Steel sheds. Many companies provide steel sheds with odd colour combos so to find a shed that literally matches our house was a godsend. We visited the showroom just to be sure we liked the shed in person and were not disappointed. We went online & ordered the shed paying for fitting (would not recommend flatpack). The lads text me at 8am letting me know what time they would arrive to install the shed. They rocked up perfectly on-time and did the install in less than 2 hours. Very impressed. I will say I ordered some shelves too and struggled to piece these together as the instructions were not great. I rang DirectShedsIreland and they sent me their whatsapp number. I sent a text & minutes later received a whatsapp video showing exactly what was to be done with the shelves & how to put them together. Absolute AMAZING customer service. Highly recommend. Tip: If you are ordering a shed, there is no need to order Tec 7 – The installers use their own and now I have a spare Tec7. Handy for future, but if you dont need it. Dont order it. Its not necessary. Thanks Sheds Direct !
