Tipping Cart

Our 250L Tipping Cart is our biggest cart with four wheels. In 2020 we added even larger, tougher wheels too, so now this cart can tackle all sorts of terrain effortlessly.

This cart turns easily because there’s a large, easy-grip handle connected to the front-pivoting axel. You can pull it and turn it with ease on your own. Even better though, the handle can be taken off to expose the connection point, allowing you to connect it up to ATVs, ride-on mowers or Quads. This makes it the perfect companion for moving mulch, leaves and any other garden or farm materials. Connect it up and drive away. Just make sure not to drive it on public roads (it’s not built for that)

Tipping Cart Materials

This 250L Tipping Cart Trailer has a galvanised chassis which prevents against rusting. We add a Zinc coating to these tipping carts to ensure it’s ready-made for the Irish climate. It’s tough and can take a fair beating. Make sure to keep an eye on any surface scratches and treat them quickly to maintain it’s longevity even further.

As said already, the handle is easily removed to expose a connection port. You can easily attach it to ATVs, Quad Bikes or Ride-on Lawnmowers. Removing the handle is simple. Pull the pin, push through the bar and pull the handle up. You’ll be presented with a connection that will attach to most ATVs, Mowers, etc.

Please note – despite being a rugged beast, this cart should not be used on public roads.

The Tipping Cart Bucket 

The bucket can support up to 250kg / 250L worth of material. It’s a thick, durable tub and one that you won’t be mangling in a hurry. It comes in the classic Sheds Direct Ireland green too.

This large bucket sits on top of steel-rimmed, pneumatic tyres that can tackle any terrain with ease. This Tipping Cart is the ideal solution for heavy-duty transportation – so, whether you’re moving firewood and coal up from the shed to the house, cutting down bushes and getting them out of the garden or mucking out a stable, this cart is the one for you. The plastic tub isn’t going to rust and because it’s so thick, it’d require an enormous amount of effort to puncture it.

SO it’s fair to say that the robust plastic tub is ideal for transporting all sorts of items., Don’t forget that it tips effortlessly. To make it tip, you just pull out the lever at the base of the bucket and raise the bucket up. Even when fully loaded, it can be raised up, though you might need an extra set of hands if it’s jam-packed full of materials.

The lock is super secure too, so you don’t have to worry about it accidentally tipping out when it is in motion. Just make sure to push it down ’til it clicks. You can always give it a little jiggle there if you want to make sure that it’s fully locked.
