This Log Store is perfect for storing, well, logs, but that’s not all! Turf, children’s toys, small gardening tools – or anything else that needs basic shelter, but doesn’t need to be locked away, can be stored under the cover, at the side of this shed. It’s ideal for cats, too – a bit of coverage without being boxed in. Ideal!
Dimensions
This shed is only available in one size: 10ft wide x 6ft deep. This is the total area of the Log Store, the breakdown between ‘shed’ and the log-store part are:
- Shed: 7.5ft wide x 6ft deep
- Log Store: 2.5ft wide x 6ft deep
- Apex: 7th
- Door to shed: 6’1 (H) x 2’8″ (W)
Log Store Wood types
There are two wood types available for this shed, ‘Deluxe Pressure Treated’ and ‘Barrel Board’. They are essentially the same thing, with Barrel Board having a bulged appearance.
- Deluxe: 22mm kiln-dried, planed weather sheeting with a tongue and groove roof and floor.
- Barrel Board: 22mm kiln-dried, planed weather sheeting with a tongue and groove roof and floor.
Log Store Features
This shed features the aforementioned partitioned log-vabin element, but it has various other features, as standard, including:
- One hinged door with an external lock.
- Two turn button latches (one top, one bottom).
- For structural strength, it’s all nailed, not stapled.
- As this shed is only available with Pressure Treated wood, it comes with an internal lining in the shed to combat condensation formation.
- It won’t need to be treated or varnished for at least a decade.
- A mineral felt roof (steel roof upgrade available)
- Full wooden floor
Log Store assembly details
- ll these sheds are built by our Wooden Assembly Team.
- We do not supply our wooden sheds flat-packed.
- You will need a level base to lay your shed on.
- You do not require a concrete base for a wooden shed – all these sheds will go on blocks

- You do not need to place these blocks in any particular order. Just have them to hand. Our team will move them about as they’re building the shed
- These sheds must go on blocks. They cannot go directly onto a floor/concrete base etc.
Assembly locations
Wooden sheds are only available in the following counties:
Dublin, Meath, Wicklow, Louth, Kildare, Carlow, Wexford, Westmeath & Kilkenny.
Important Notes
- Rustic Wooden Sheds are basic sheds. The wood is thin and porous and they cannot be lined even when pressure treated. We do not recommend storing anything of value or which could be damaged by damp in a rustic shed.
- Timber Shed assembly dates will vary. Out of peak season, it is typically 10 days. In peak season it can be up to 10 weeks.
