Sheds Direct Ireland

  1. Validity
    Gift vouchers and digital gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Irish consumer law, unless otherwise stated.
  2. Redemption & Usage
    • Digital gift cards may be redeemed exclusively online at www.shedsdirectireland.com and must be entered at checkout at the time of purchase.
    • Physical gift cards may be redeemed only in Sheds Direct Ireland retail stores and cannot be used online.
  1. Ordering Digital Gift Cards
    When you order a digital gift card:
    • The recipient email address you enter will receive two emails:
      1. A Digital Voucher.
      2. The unique gift card code.
    • If you have provided a different email for billing, this email will receive a purchase confirmation.
    • The recipient must keep the gift card code secure, as lost or compromised codes will not be replaced.
    • If the recipient does not receive the digital gift card code, you must contact us within 72 working hours in writing, quoting your online order number, at [email protected].
  1. Non-Refundable
    Gift vouchers and digital gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part.
  2. Partial Use
    If the total purchase value exceeds the voucher or digital gift card value, the remaining balance must be paid using an accepted payment method. Any unused balance may be applied to a future purchase unless otherwise stated.
  3. Lost, Stolen, or Misplaced Physical Gift Cards
    Lost, stolen, or misplaced physical gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.
  4. Condition of Physical Gift Cards
    Photocopied, altered, defaced, damaged, or tampered physical gift cards will not be accepted.
  5. Digital Gift Card Codes – No Replacement or Reissue
    Digital gift card codes issued by Sheds Direct Ireland cannot be replaced, reissued, or refunded if lost, stolen, shared, or compromised.
    Digital gift card codes function like cash. Once a code has been delivered, shared, accessed, lost, or redeemed, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or duplicated.
  6. Security & Fraud Prevention
    For security and fraud-prevention reasons, Sheds Direct Ireland is unable to issue a replacement code where a digital gift card has been lost, stolen, misused, or compromised by a customer.

Why digital gift card codes cannot be replaced:

    • Digital codes are unique alphanumeric values that cannot be changed once issued.
    • If another person obtains the code, it can be redeemed immediately and cannot be reversed.
    • There is no secure technical method to deactivate, cancel, or duplicate a delivered code without compromising payment and account security.
  1. Transferability
    Gift vouchers and digital gift cards are transferable and may be used by the bearer unless otherwise specified.
  2. Promotions & Discounts
    Gift vouchers and digital gift cards may not be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts unless expressly stated.
  3. Expiry
    Expired gift vouchers or digital gift cards will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for ensuring use before the expiry date.
  4. Amendments
    Sheds Direct Ireland reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, in accordance with applicable Irish law.
  5. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
  6. Return of items purchased on gift cards / gift vouchers

If you purchase and then return goods the refund will be issued back to a gift card / gift voucher. No cash alternative will be offered.
