We’ve done it again! Sheds Direct Ireland are thrilled to announce that we have been named .Com Of The Year 2022 by the All-Ireland Business Foundation. That’s 2 years in a row that we have received this award and it’s safe to say that our web team is absolutely delighted. It’s great to see the hard work that put into the website on a daily basis does not go unseen and has been recognised by such a notable external reviewer.

 

 

The web team’s main objective has alway been to make the Sheds Direct Ireland website an easy to use platform for our customers; a place that can answer any question that they may have about sheds in a simple manner.

Every product that we have available is portrayed on our website with plenty of information and images. Our blog is filled with answers to questions before they’re even asked. We have comparison charts, easy to navigate pages, a secure checkout page and a growing catalogue. It’s come a long way in a short time and accomplished a lot that we hoped it would.

But that’s just the surface level and our website performs exceptionally well underneath what most people see too.  It’s the only one in the shed industry that is fully functional for people with visual impairments. Each image can be read aloud by a smart device, if needed. The contrast in our images is tested to make sure that all images are suitable to be seen too. We have an easy to use mobile version of our site and to top it off, it’s also the fastest and technically most accomplished website in it’s field:

 

 

Website manager, Sean Conroy is absolutely thrilled about securing the Business All-Stars accolade for the second year in a row. “Since we launched our new website 3 years ago, the Web Team have worked tirelessly to make it an easy to use site, as well as a centre of knowledge for all things sheds. I am delighted that all our hard work has not gone unnoticed. The All-Ireland Business Foundation have accredited our website for the second time and I am really proud of this achievement. It’s one thing to tell everyone how great you are yourself, but for an impartial judge to say that, well, you were right in your boasts – well that’s another thing altogether!”

 

 

This is the 4th of year in a row that Sheds Direct Ireland has been Business All-Stars Accredited and Deputy Chair on the Adjudication Board Kieran Ring had some lovely words to say about the site.
