Withdraw From Contract

Under EU consumer law, eligible consumers may have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of entering into the contract. On this page, you can request a Withdrawal from contracted under this law.

Please note: Certain goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from this right.

Exemptions

• Wooden Sheds are made upon order, i.e. they are built upon order only and as such these are not eligible for withdrawal after assembly, in line with this EU law.
• Steel Sheds that have been assembled are not eligible for withdrawal from contract in line with EU Consumer law.
• Heaters that have been opened, used etc are not eligible for withdrawal from contract.

Any exemption will be assessed based on the details of the order.
