Withdraw From Contract
Under EU consumer law, consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of entering into the contract. On this page, you can request a withdrawal from contract under this law. Where withdrawal is approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days.
Please note: Certain goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from this right.
For steel sheds with assembly, customers are required to confirm:
- “I expressly request assembly before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period.”
- “I acknowledge that assembly may begin immediately.”
- “I acknowledge that assembly is a service and the cooling off period begins 14 days from when the order is placed”
- “I acknowledge that assembly permanently alters the product and eliminates its resale value.”
- “I understand that any refund may be reduced by 80% to reflect assembly services performed and any reduction in the value of the goods.”
- Once assembled:
- Screw holes have been used.
- Components may be marked or altered.
- The shed cannot realistically be returned to a “new” condition.
- The shed cannot be resold as a new product.
- Dismantling damages and reduces the integrity of the product
Wooden sheds
- Our Wooden sheds are manufactured only after an order is received.
- Wooden Sheds are supplied and installed by us and are not available flat packed
- Installation and construction begin shortly after ordering.
- Wooden sheds are built specifically to the measurements requested by the customer
- Wood Sheds are manufactured and erected specifically for each customer and cannot be resold as new once installed.

- Screw holes / nails are in the wood when assembled and can not be removed
- Components will be marked and altered.
- The shed cannot realistically be returned to a “new” condition.
- The shed cannot be resold as a new product.
- Dismantling damages and reduces the integrity of the product
Bespoke units / made-to-order products are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period.

Paraffin Heaters
- Paraffin heaters are supplied ready to use and are not eligible for return once unsealed.
- Heaters are individually tested and quality checked before dispatch.
- Once a heater has been fuelled, it cannot be resold as new.
- The use of incorrect or unsuitable fuel types creates safety risks that cannot be reversed or verified after the fact.
- Testing returned units for fuel contamination is costly, technically complex, and not always conclusive.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, fuelled or used heaters cannot re-enter our supply chain.
- “I acknowledge that paraffin heaters are excluded from the right of withdrawal once unsealed.”
- “I acknowledge that once fuel has been introduced to the unit, the heater cannot be returned or resold as new.”
- “I understand that the use of incorrect fuel types creates irreversible safety risks, and that returned units cannot be certified as safe for resale.”
- “I acknowledge that this exclusion applies under EU consumer law provisions for goods which, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other substances or pose safety risks that prevent resale.”
- Paraffin fuel is supplied sealed and it is not eligible for return once opened.
- Once a container has been opened, the fuel cannot be resold as new.
- Opened fuel containers are susceptible to contamination, which cannot be detected or reversed once the seal is broken.
- Contaminated or moisture-affected fuel can cause damage to heater units and it creates a safety risj that cannot be assessed or guaranteed after the fact.
- Returned fuel cannot be tested comprehensively enough to certify it as safe for resale
- ‘I acknowledge that paraffin fuel is exluded from the righ of withdrawal once the seal has been broken’
- ‘I understand that opened fuel containers ma be subject to contamination or moisture exposure, creating safety risks that prevent resale’
- ‘I acknowledge that this exclsion applies under the EU consumer law provisions for goods which, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other substances or are otherwise rendered unsuitable for return for health and safety reasons’
