Withdraw From Contract
Under EU consumer law, consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of entering into the contract. On this page, you can request a withdrawal from contract under this law. Where withdrawal is approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days.
Please note: Certain goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from this right.
Exemptions
- Wooden sheds are manufactured specifically to order upon receipt of payment. As bespoke, made-to-order products, they are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal once manufacturing has begun. However, you may cancel your order before manufacturing commences by contacting us as soon as possible after ordering.
- Steel sheds that have been assembled may not be eligible for withdrawal, as assembly permanently alters the materials. Your request will be assessed individually.
- Paraffin heaters are excluded from the right of withdrawal once unsealed. This is due to the chemical and safety risks associated with fuel contamination – including damage caused by use of incorrect fuel types – which makes returned units unsuitable for resale and costly or unsafe to inspect. This exemption applies under EU consumer law provisions for goods which, after delivery, have been mixed inseparably with other goods by their nature.
