Lockdown #2 Details

So, we’re back into lockdown.

Thankfully, Sheds Direct Ireland is still operational. Our showroom will be open to allow customers to collect Tozane and other essentials during this time. Our fitting team will still be assembling sheds as allowed under the new government guidelines and our delivery team will be delivering flat-packed steel sheds all over Ireland.

As you’d imagine, there are some caveats to our being open and it’s important that these are adhered to for the safety of our staff and for you, the customer. This is not a complete, definitive guide and while correct at time of writing, it is subject to change. We ask that our customers call or message us in advance should they have any queries.

1. Will the showroom remain open?

Our showroom will remain open as we are a provider of heating fuels. You will still be able to collect your Tozane in store. Please note that you will still be required to wear a mask, sanitise your hands and adhere to all other COVID guidelines while on the premises. We may be working with a reduced staff capacity, so we ask for our customers to be understanding and patient with us, during this trying time and where possible, to avoid coming to the store unless absolutely necessary.

 

2. Will delivery be affected?

Delivery will not be affected, we will still be able to deliver oil, heaters, flat-packed sheds and garden products through our third-party courier.

 

3. Will the sheds still be assembled?

At the time of writing, yes, we are allowed to offer shed assembly. Our team can visit your house and assemble your shed for you. The only current issue is that poor weather may cause postponement of shed erections (This is to ensure the safety of our assembly team – steel sheets can be very dangerous in high winds). Otherwise, our fitting team is still hard at work.

 

4. Can I still collect my purchases in-store?

Our collections days remain unchanged. We only offer collection strictly at these times:
Wednesday: 9.30am – 1pm and 2pm – 3.30pm
Saturday: 10.30am – 2pm

Again, where possible, we are asking people to not attend unless necessary. We can still provide a nationwide delivery service for you if you need something shipped to you. You can read more information about shed collections here.
