• Can I return a steel shed that I’ve painted?

    We will not accept returns or cancellations if your order has been altered by applying chemicals or paints to the surfaces or by altering or customising the item in any way. You must keep any items you intend to return in the same condition as it was delivered in. (Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for further information.)
  • My items arrived with parts missing or damaged – What do I do?

    Contact our customer services team on 018644247 or email sales@shedsdirectireland.com as soon as possible so that replacements or spares can be arranged. A full parts list is supplied with your shed and this should be the first thing that is checked before commencing assembly. Please Note: Part numbers for missing parts must be quoted to our customer services team. Photo’s and or a site visit may be requested of any damages to your metal shed to rectify matters in a professional manner.
  • I’ve still not received my items – What do I do?

    In the unlikely event that you have not received your metal shed on the date advised please contact our customer services department on (01) 864 4247 or email sales@shedsdirectireland.com Please note: We use an external courier company for deliveries therefore we cannot advise of the time of delivery or guarantee the date of delivery. We can only run on estimated dates. At busy times of year please allow for additional wait times.

  • What are the opening hours?

    We are open: 9.00am - 5pm Monday to Thursday 9.00am - 4pm on Fridays 10.00am - 4.00pm on Saturdays And we are closed on Sundays
  • Are my personal details given to third parties / promotions?

    In short it may be necessary to give your details to third party fitters, delivery drivers, agents etc so that you shed can be constructed for you/delivered to you. Please see our Privacy Policy section for a more detailed breakdown of this information and answers to any related questions you may have.  
  • When will the payment be taken out of my account?

    Funds are debited from your account at the point of order.
  • Can I pay for the order upon delivery?

    Unfortunately payment is taken at point of order so it is not possible to pay upon delivery. However, for local deliveries in Dublin from our head office you can pay on delivery.
  • How can I pay?

    Online: You can pay for your order by card over the phone or online. We also accept payment by Stripe on our website. In Store: We also offer payment by bank transfer, postal order or cheque. Just to be aware, no product will be dispatched until payment has cleared. Please allow 10 days for cheques to be cleared. For local deliveries from our head office you may pay by cash. We also can accept Flexi-Fi Payments in store.  
  • Do you assemble the products?

    All Wooden Sheds will be assembled in your location. Steel Sheds are dispatched Flat Packed and for people who have flat pack experience, they shouldn't be an issue. We do offer assembly on our Steel Sheds in selected areas. Please contact a member of staff who can advise you if we offer the service in your location and pricing on this service. Due to dispatch/size restrictions, we do not assemble wheelbarrows, carts etc. before shipping them.
  • Can I collect my items from your warehouse?

    Yes – However you will need to contact our Sales Team at least 2 hours beforehand to ensure that we can have it ready for you on collection. First, call us at (01) 864 4247 to make sure the product you want is in stock in our warehouse. Once we know that it is, we will provide you a window in which to collect your items from the warehouse.
  • Where do you deliver to?

    We offer delivery in Ireland and Northern Ireland. We offer free delivery on selected products to Dublin, parts of Kildare, Louth and Meath. Please contact a member of staff to establish the delivery fee for your products.
  • What happens once my order has been placed?

    Once your order has been placed, a staff member will contact you to confirm your order. Once payment has been completed, a staff member will arrange a delivery time with you. We aim to have your shed to you within three working days, however during busy periods this may be pushed out a day.
  • Do you have a show room?

    We do - you can find us in Finglas! Our showroom is at: Unit 50 Jamestown Business Park Jamestown Road Finglas, Dublin 11 Link for location on maps is here We also have agents outside of Leinster that may be of assistance to you.   • How do I place my shed order?

    You can place your order via the website: Simply complete the message field on our contact page with the required items and once all fields are completed click send. One of our friendly sales representatives will contact you to confirm your order. Via the telephone: Simply call (01) 8644247 and our sales advisors will enter your order on to our system for you and also answer any questions you may have regarding your metal shed.
