• My items arrived with parts missing or damaged – What do I do?

    Contact our customer services team on 085 7145148 as soon as possible so that replacements or spares can be arranged. Please Note: Part numbers for missing parts must be quoted to our customer services team. Photo’s and or a site visit may be requested of any damages to your metal shed to rectify matters in a professional manner.

    We are committed to keeping our customers details secure. we do not pass any information on to third party suppliers.
  • When will the payment be taken out of my account?

    Funds are debited from your account at the point of order.
  • Can I pay for the order upon delivery?

    For local deliveries from our head office you can pay on delivery. Unfortunately payment is taken at point of order so it is not possible to pay upon delivery for all other locations.
  • How can I pay?

    You can pay for your order by Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Delta or Maestro .We also offer payment by bank transfer and PayPal as alternative payment methods. Please note payments processed by PayPal incur a charge. For local deliveries from our head office you may pay by cash.
  • Do you assemble the products?

    Sheds Direct Ireland offer assembly on all of our products in selected areas. Please contact a member of staff who can advise you if we offer the service in your location and pricing on this service.
  • Can I collect my items from your warehouse?

    Yes – Simply advise our sales advisor when placing your order and or dispatch team will contact you with a time to collect your order from any of our locations.
  • Where do you deliver to?

    We offer delivery in Ireland, Northern Ireland and main land U.K. We offer free delivery to Dublin, parts of Kildare, Louth and Meath. Some areas currently incur a delivery charge. The maximum charge will be €90 for Ireland Prices vary for Mainland UK
  • What happens once my order has been placed?

    Once your order has been placed, a staff member will contact you to confirm your order. You will receive your order within 36 hours from ordering (Monday to Friday) complete with your payment receipt. For local deliveries Sheds Direct Ireland can deliver on the same day from ordering.
  • Do you have a show room?

    We currently have a show room for you to visit based in our head office in Jamestown Business Park. We also have locations in Meath, Louth and Kinsale Cork. Please contact us for more information on these locations
  • How do I place my shed order?

    You can place your order via the website: Simply complete the message field on our contact page with the required items and once all fields are completed click send. One of our friendly sales representatives will contact you to confirm your order. Via the telephone: Simply call 085 7145148 and our sales advisors will enter your order on to our system for you and also answer any questions you may have regarding your metal shed.
